The Michigan Transfer Agreement (MTA) requires two Social Science electives from two different departments listed below. Both the Associate of Arts (AA) and Associate of Science (AS) degrees match the MTA requirements. All Associate of Applied Arts and Sciences (AAAS) degrees - such as Marketing/Management, Medical Office, Corrections - require one social science elective. Many AAAS programs specifically indicate which course to take, else any course below can be chosen. Please see an advisor for additional information.
