Prerequisite: Academy Screening and CPR
Standard first aid techniques, including care of bleeding, fractures, environmental emergencies, childbirth, vehicle extrication, and tactical emergency casualty care.

Student Learning Outcomes:

Perform airway management on sick and injured persons.
Treat bleeding and tissue injuries, including environmental emergencies.
Perform tactical emergency casualty care.
Treat patients involved in special medical circumstances, such as penetrating wounds, traffic crashes, and childbirth.
Participate in realistic first aid scenarios.
