Medical Assistant, AAAS

Return to {$returnto_text} Return to: Programs of Study by Pathway

The Medical Assistant Program is offered collaboratively through the Michigan Workforce Training and Education Collaborative (MWTEC). Cognitive components will be completed online through Southwestern Michigan College, with hands-on labs and clinicals held at a local facility. Students successfully completing the first two semesters will be eligible to sit for the RMA certification exam. All MEDA courses must be taken in the order they are listed and be completed with a ‘C’ or better.

Due to the collaborative nature of the program, the tuition and fees for the program follow the MWTEC established tuition and fees. Rates and program cost sheets can be found here.
