* In completing a degree in the healthcare, students are encouraged to take a sampling of courses in order to identify their preferred area of specialization, such as allied health, nursing, physical/occupational therapy, veterinary, and pre‐medical. Students should meet with an academic advisor to determine which courses will best assist them to make a decision regarding a specific career in healthcare and/or in transferring to a college or university of their choice. The terms of the Michigan Transfer Agreement have been embedded in all AA and AS programs.
Students must earn a minimum of 60 credit hours, earn no more than two grades lower than a C, and have an overall GPA of 2.0 or higher in order to earn a degree.
