Prerequisite: Physician’s Permission- acquire MCOLES Pre-Enrollment Physical Fitness Examination – Physician’s Health Screening form from Director of Criminal Justice and bring completed form with physician signature to first day of class.
Physical fitness for students planning to enter the Police Academy or for any student interested in their own personal physical fitness. Emphasis shall be on cardiovascular conditioning, stretching, strength, and agility.
