CIS 165 - Advanced Desktop Applications

Prerequisite: CIS 160 - Desktop Applications with “C” or better (2.0 out of a 4.0 scale)
Introduces advanced features of and provides hands-on experiences in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access). Emphasis on design and implementation solutions to business problems. The course prepares students for the Microsoft Office Specialist Expert Exam. Course design works best in PC environment. For best results, non-Microsoft users are encouraged to contact the instructor prior to beginning the course for additional preparation steps.
